not worth it, new fork time. And if that fork is missing its bottom bolts, there is a very real chance the bottom of the forks can fall right off.

They are fairly low end forks and it’s not unusual for there to be no spares backup availability at that price point. Even if you did manage to find spares with the amount of parts missing or damaged you would likely be looking at more than the value of a replacement fork in parts alone.
As for what forks could I recommend there is a chunk of information needed to be able to start looking at that. Budget, Steerer size etc.
