If its a good size for you and seems to be working I think its a good bike for campus commuting. It might get stolen if bike theft is in your area so get a decent lock. I ride a modified cyclocross bike and its great. You might want fenders if you plan to ride in the rain.

Looks like a CX bike. Would be a good commuter if it fits and you are used to riding drop bar.

Only thing i dont like is those canti brakes as long as you never have to adjust them youre good i guess
