Of course YHEY signalled left, just as you passed them ,having patiently waited! ,?…annoying on SO many levels! However, I was going to point out that the Fannies you noted should have been spelt Fannys…..but on reflection , maybe you HAVE got the right plural?!…( I’m going to stand and watch the next group , and decide AS THEY PASS , how they should be referred to!).
Priority rules state that cyclists are allowed to ride in that position for visibility and protection, it seems like these drivers need to update their knowledge of road use.
Main commuter road into Hull. Rush hour. I find myself in a 15mph queue for ages. Traffic behind literally as far as you could see. Eventually caught up to the cause of the obstruction: sports cyclist. On the road next to a clearly marked combined pavement/cycle path.
As i was on a motorcycle i was able to chat:
"Mate. Have you SEEN how many people you're holding up?"
Some reply i don't remember.
"There's a cycle path 3ft to your left there"
His reply: "I don't like using it – it slows me down"
You really really cannot deal or argue with that staggering level of selfishness, entitlement & arrogance.
The cyclist can block the lane if they feel it's a close call of you going to overtake. Blocking the road where the bollards are is a good move to stop twats like you. Such a cockwomble driver.
Just be patient. We've as much right to the road as you do. It occurs to me that all I do is wind up car drivers. Whether on my bike or behind the wheel of an artic.
😂😂😂😂 all the comments about how this is justified. Holding up traffic because they believe they can own the road. Cycle on the left. Everyone can see you on your lycra and will respect you on the road as long as you STAY IN YOUR MOTHER F**** LANE
Where does the HC say you can 1. overtake on a blind bend and 2. sound your horn as a rebuke, or even 3. must drive AT the speed limit (rather than a safe speed). Break it down and you say you can't pass because of the islands in the way, so if they were single file you would have squeezed yourself between them and the island, not the 1.5m gap required in the HC… a good reason to ride two a breast because of impatient idiots… hence why the HC was changed.

Quite right..2 abreast maximum. Total fanny.
Tossers
It's not your road
What a tool 😂
Cycling in two’s or brace is what the highway act tells cyclist to do.

Can't see it matters how many cyclists there are, just be patient and try to stop the swearing.
Everybody loves middle aged lycra wearing fannies on pushbikes😂
Where did you find your driving license? In a bag of chips? Go back to school

Cant believe how many comments have been telling you that you are actually in the wrong – yet you refuse to learn. I think you're dangerous.
They literally didnt do anything wrong.

Typical cyclist's mmmmmm who can we annoy today 😅
Squirt your windscreen, it’s hysterical, they have to get off and clean their little glasses.

3 abreast takes you less time to pass than 3 in a line.
Would of overtaken much earlier

Bike rider are a scurge on the roads
Yep cyclists are a vain of motorists 😮
They were stopping you doing something dumb like squeezing past on those islands or ..overtaking on a blind corner..oh
Grown men on kids toys 😂😂😂
It says in the history code that they can ride 2 abreast but they must be cautious to other road users. It djow that they are just bell ends.
As a cyclist, these lads are just being pure knobs
We didnt give them the space they deserved as a result they now have the right of the road we have ourselves to blame
Why get so mad😂they’re only gonna catch you at the next traffic lights what’s the rush
Car drivers are so delicate. They hate other road users, even other car drivers.
Ignorant cyclists
Bike riders = W ⚓️ s
Numberplate almost says SKINT
Be patient
