Found it last year when we finished GAP/C&O. 10/10 worth the weird route to get to it.
It sure is hard to find. Random stranger saw me looking confused and took the time to walk me around the boathouse and point it out.
Haha everyone gripes about mile marker zero! It’s like they don’t want you to find it !

Congrats. Yeah I had to ask where it was.
Was tough in 2013. Some things don’t change.
Point State Park in Pittsburgh is certainly a more climactic ending.
I started at the airport so I wasn’t back tracking just to find it. I hopped on in Georgetown. Close enough! Haha
