Howdy! I have no idea what I’m doing. I don’t bike. But I’m getting a gift for my gf which is new durable tires that hopefully won’t puncture. On her current tires they say 26×2.00 which from my understanding is Diameter X Width of tire. My question is, would any of these sizes also be okay in the photo?

700c won’t fit 26 inch wheels. But reasonably I would think they must make 26 inch tires no?
Those are GREAT tires. Bulletproof , but in the heavy side.
You need tyres markes ad “26×2.00” or “50-559” (same size expressed in 2 different notations).
The crucial numbers are the “26” and “559” (diameter of the tyre). The other number is the width, you have some leeway on that.
700c tire fit rims with a 622mm bead seat. 26″ tires fit rims with a 559mm bead seat. None of the tires listed will fit her rims.
No. You would want a 26 size because they are typically “mountain bike” size and the rims would be too wide.
maxxis and panaracer some cute not-too-bumpy tires for commuting that will last a longer.

If you go here, you’ll see lots of options. Plus, they tend to be cheapest anyways.

Select the first bubble for size (26” MTB and hybrid), scroll back to click the activity button, select “commuting and recreational”, then scroll back up for Tire Type, and select “clincher”. You can select both folding and wire bead.
