I literally hauled it back from Anaheim (58 mile round trip) using my 1982 Peugeot P8 and Burley Flatbed trailer. See photos.
This Iseran was “stored” for the past 25 years under roofed carport.
All tires dry rotted (unusable). Chain rusted and frozen.
I replaced all cable housings; steel cables still okay.
I am able to SURPRISINGLY use the orig. seat and inner tubes.
Original owner sold me this bike, and seems to be low mileage or gently used.
Lubed and greased much. Brass brush emery cloth for misc surface corrosion.
Added cheap whitewall tires, new rear rack and panniers.
