Worn but that’s what happens when you ride your bike. I would not worry about worn chainrings unless they are starting to cause poor shifting or chain starts to skip.

It appears you almost never shift that crankset, and there’s very little wear on that middle chainring.
Using a roller from a chain on the end of a magnet seems like a good idea.
