Need help with brakes!! Trek FX-1

Well, i was cycling a week or two ago, and i have no clue how this happened but this machine just came off? I’ve been looking everywhere for these callipers but i just cannot find them.
Any suggestions for alternatives? Or where i can find these exact ones?
Model: Tektro MD-U310 mechanical disc, flat-mount, 160 mm rotor
