Super blurry photo, so sort of hard to tell. From the little I can see it has pretty chunky, basic lugs and a cottered crank, which indicates a lower-end bike. Unless it’s in really exquisite shape or you live in a very hot market, I’d consider it overpriced by a good $100. More pics would help though
That’s Peugeot bike from early 1970s. I’m big fan for french bikes BUT I would not recommend this for you. Chances are 90% that have french threads and you will have problems find parts for it. Also big chances it would have 27″ wheels..
This listing really reminds me of a guy out on LI who I know refurbs old bikes and sells em.
