Was going to buy a used hybrid and Im not sure if thats what this is but it looks good for me. I know Kona is a decent brand would you guys consider grabbing this?
If there are any pictures that could help tell how old it is let me know and I could ask the seller

Can’t make out the components from the pictures. Driveside pics would be helpful.
If it’s in working condition, I’d take it for $200. It’ll have larger tire clearances given it’s an old cyclocross bike and upgrading it wouldn’t be that costly. On the flip side, 9 speed/10speed/cantilever parts are all readily available for cheaper than newer 11s/12s counterparts

Working bikes are often worth more than 200. In my area this would be an easy 300-400 bike. Assuming the bike is generally functioning well.
