After 5 years on an Evil Chamois Hagar it’s time for something new. First ride was some chunky and steep Vancouver-island gravel and this bike handled it amazing well. Such a nice ride.
For a second I thought your tires are also purple!.. I like pedals, nice bike!

Th yellow handlebar tape is not my cup of tea, but I do love a purple bike!
Can I ask you about those pedals? I stopped using SPD clips the reason being twisting out of the pedal puts too much stress on my surgically repaired knee and at the end of a long ride I’m in a lot of pain so I just wear sneakers for the last couple of years. Is the twisting motion with these pedals any less vigorous than atypical SPD or SPD-SL cleat system?
