I was checking my bike because something was rattling and then I look at the rear wheel and the cassette fell off along with some of the hub so does anyone know how to fix this and if this happens from time to time, the hub is the Newman fade and the cassette Is a sram gx eagle cassette

Clean it really well, regrease and simply push the hub back in (you might need to use a pick or something to press the pawls in to let it slide into place)
brother, you don’t have grease in the freehub anymore lubricating the inside… that’s straight up mud/grime/dirt grinding away at the insides.
look at the service manuals as provided by the manufacturer:

if you have any further technical questions or unable to service them your self bring it to a local bike shop or get in touch with the manufacturer:

Both answers from other two guys, and check do you have play in bearings(qxle), that looks dirty af
Looks like a re-bramded DT Swiss 370 hub. That’s normal for ease of maintenance…. Getting the toothed ring out is another nightmare.
Clean and lightly grease and slip it back on. Too much grease and the pawls may stick.
Clean it, lube it and stuff it in.
And it does not only apply to bed play, do the same for your bicycle : D
I feel sorry for that hub
