  1. Honestly, it would suck as a commuter. Thin tyres, track bars, no fenders, no place for water, tight clearances, big ratio, not steel frameset. Also, no brakes.

    Don’t get me wrong, it’s a really nice bike, but for recreational purposes. If you’re living in flat city – it would be very good ride. If you want a fg commuter – look for cromoly tracklocross builds. They’re more suitable for that purpose.

    No. Commuter bikes have lights and brakes and places to carry your lunch and stuff.

    That’s a great bike for riding around, having fun and getting exercise though.
