As you can see, it is slightly bent. I want to replace it with this Sunrace freewheel, but I’m not sure if it’s compatible. It has 14-16-20-24-28 teeth, while my current one has 14-17-20-24-28. Will my old chain work well with this freewheel, or will it need to be longer or shorter?

Chain length should be fine, since your freewheel range will still be the same 14-28. However, I’d consider replacing the chain as well. Check the old one with chain checker that it’s not totally gone to hell, otherwise it may be time to replace the whole drivetrain.
You could probably upgrade to a 6 speed wheel
