You’ll have to slowly peel it off.
Happens to PPF for cars also
that is just paint protection film. Without it you’ll probably end up with actual chips on the paintwork which in my opinion is worse than it being slightly yellow. Get a higher quality film and replace it but do not remove it.
I just removed and spent $15 on a whole role of 3M protection film from Amazon that covers all the scratch points on my bike

Might be able to heat it with a hairdryer to make the adhesive separate.
It happens…u can just peel it off and apply a new one. There is on sale on canyon’s site, but u can just buy it on amazon
