Shimano Claris 2×8. I changed the tube after getting a flat today and must have messed up the spring removing the wheel. The cage is not springing back and I cannot get chain tension. I was planning to remove the derailleur cage and re-set the spring but I found it seems to be riveted on. Any easy way to remove this or what should I plan to do?

I removed the pulley to access this portion.
I would just replace the derailleur. They are not expensive and not worth the headache of trying to repair it.
