Started cleaning out my parent's old shed when I came across this childhood relic. It was gifted to me by some South African dude in the early 2000s. I'm guessing it's from the mid 90s according to the Internet. Had lots of fun with this bike 20 years ago. Just never seen this brand around with the other homies or at the skate park. If anyone knows much about this bike, I would love to learn the lore

looking to be the 1993 Dyno VFR in the “DayGlow” color way, I see a frame by it’s self going for 300 USD but I see very little proof of complete bikes still left. You are holding on to a relic from time my friend. Super awesome bike!

Had the same bike but mine was like a maroon color. It had to be about ‘95-96

tbf this is the number one most sold bmx bike. not cause it was awesome but cause it was cheap. kids wanted a dyno for the name, parents saw the race oriented vfr having a lower pricepoint and didnt realize it lacked mostve the features their kid wanted a dyno to begin with. my second real bmx bike was a hoffman egg which is pretty much equivelant, super low end but it said hoffman bikes so it had to be better than the dyno compe it replaced, right? (wrong!)
