Massive difference!
The before picture with the skinny rims, tilted handlebars and no top-tube pack looks absolutely ridiculous. Well done on fixing that. Especially the rims make such a big difference. I like your new chainring as well. Looks like an incredibly fast and beautiful tri bike now!
Your saddle looks still pretty tilted though.
