I’m aware those are the nanny jumps/drop. Not trying to flex. Just thought I’d share for anyone wanting to try similar stuff but wondering if the gravel bike can take it. It absolutely can.

I also have no MTB experience, first time. So dont let that stop you either.

I had been contemplating purchasing a MTB because the local MTB park gets a lot of good rep. But decided to give it a try on my gravel bike before I committed. I think I’ll stay on the gravel for now and maybe get a MTB when I’ve progressed to more gnarly stuff. I was able to do all of the intermediate trails without issues. And I wouldnt wanna try expert trails yet even with a MTB.

Will report back when I’m doing the bigger jumps in a few weeks. Or when I break my collarbone.

First time at a MTB park. The gravel bike did alright!

You can ride every trail at markham with 40c tires at the right pressure. I’d prefer an XC bike, but you’ll have plenty of fun with your bike.
