I'm not sure what happened, I rebuilt my Crux driveline today with aero chainring and new cassette. The cassette is the same size, and the chainring is 2t larger. I went from a wolf tooth 44 to 46. I sized the chain as Sram prescribed on their YT video, 2 inner and 2 outer where the chains start to overlap. When the RD is adjusted properly in the big ring, the jocket wheel wants to crash into the cassette when I shift down to smaller cogs.

Fwiw I just built an Epic about a month ago with a gx eagle axs back end and had no issue…
You need to set your b tension to spec.
The chain is on the wrong side of the tab after the first pulley
Look at the first picture, chain is misrouted. It’s going over the tab in the derailleur cage, it should be under.
Don’t kick yourself too hard, happens to everyone.

Chain should be in front of this bit, not behind it.
You might have routed the chain wrong, even though I don’t run sram drivetrain on my bike, but would know what is wrong with it.
