Have you tried contacting customer support and asking them? Maybe the part number was replaced?

I don’t know about that exact seatpost, but I know a lot of the aero carbon posts get discontinued after a few years. Might actually be less of a pain to send it in for repair, rather than scouring the dark corners of the inter webs for a replacement.
On that note, you should also DEFINITELY contact Canyon. If nothing else, their customer service is unmatched and if they can’t replace it or fix it, I bet they can tell you where to go.
