
What a time it’s been since I purchased a bike. Bout a year and a half ago I’d reckon, what a hilly ride it’s been. Only now have I managed to get all the parts in place to enjoy riding more. I would say meal prepping and better nutritional habits in general have helped me the most. From there it felt much easier to be consistent. I’m only commuting 3x a week at the moment but that’s going to be every day I can here soon. I’ve down graded vehicles and upgraded my life. I am the most fit I have ever been mentally and physically. I’ve noticed in my undergraduate as well as martial arts classes I retain more information. This is so much fun y’all, and I’m only just getting started. Lets go! 🥋🥊🚲
