Depends on what kind of riding you plan on doing . But I’d go with the specialized. Better brakes , wider range of tire clearance
The Diverge is a better deal at the same price (disc brakes are more premium).
The Diverge is also capable of fitting wider tires, so depending on what you’re looking to ride, that could give you more options. And wider tires are comfier anyway. I’d go with the Diverge
