Parts bin bike

Just finished (minus chain and pedals) this bike from mostly spare parts and a frame I got for 20 bucks. Origin 8 bits wheelset and chainring, old Bontrager mtb stem and Crowbar risers. Sakae SA cranks, Charge Spoon saddle. Lmk what ya think or what you'd swap/add.
