The 10-speed 105 groupset on that bike was sold between 2010-2013 so this bike is between 12-15 years old. A rim-brake bike with midlevel components like that is worth somewhere in the $400-$500 range.
Slightly high but not outrageous. If you can get into the $500 it would be a better deal.
