the ref didn't blow at all.. nani was off side but due to the fact that rhe keeper already held the ball the ball was like play on so no whistle blown but after the keeper held the ball he then dropped it on his own …. remember no whistle was blown initially so the vall remain play on…. it's also replicate to when the ref blown a goal kick after the keeper had dropped the ball to take the kick if any defender touch the ball with his hand its going to be against them either penalty or inside box freekick
