I’m curious to see what others say but I think this is a nice deal. This bike is likely 5 or 6 years old. Mavic Aksium wheels are an upgrade and 105 group set is good. This was a 2k+ bike new. With cannondale often the group set is a mixture of shimano and FSA. I might ask him if he’d knock 100 off but I think 725 is fair. If you want an aluminum frame carbon fork bike cannondale pretty much perfected that. I love their bikes.
Edit: the equivalent new version of this is the Caad 13 and they start at like $2300.
Edit 2: in 2016 I sold my 3 year old Caad 10 with similar specs for $1000
