2×9 speed sora rear derailleurs. I am at the highest gear. Front gear chain is in the big cog. This level of angle is normal or should it be fixed? Ty 🙂

Lots of ~~hangers~~ derailleurs have a slight bend like this. If you are having issues I’d check your hanger.
It appears that your derailleur cages are bent. Your hanger looks totally fine.
Looks bent to me, is it shifting rough?
My derailleur has a slight angle like this and it’s shifting just fine..
It’s the derailleur cage that’s slightly bent outwards, the hanger seems fine. It may be possible to realign everything in its place, but you always have to be careful, it’s still aluminum and there can be unpleasant surprises sometimes.
Could be the hanger, could be the cage, could be both. Hard to tell without looking at more than one angle. Bike shop will have tool to align the hanger if possible. Those pulleys should both be in the same plane as the sprocket it engages.
Mech hanger look straight. Just the cage is slightly bent. I’ve managed to straighten a cages by gently and slowly bending them back straight
Cage is bent, hanger is fine.
Derailleur cage is bent outward. Hanger looks good.
