That’s secretly a GT bike!
Judging by the rest of the parts hanging off it, I would say it was a box store mtb from 1992. Mtb was all the rage and everyone was making them. The crankset has a pant leg guard, the RD is the lowest shimano you can get, and has a metal protector which is what we had on bikes our parents bought us, because we didn’t care or know better not to drop them drive side.
The color scheme and frame looks cool but the components, and Shimano branding on the frame kinda point low end of the spectrum.
Would still pimp it and ride it just for the logos
My Google Fu mostly points to Italian forums, so maybe look into italian store brands

I like it, may be low end, but as we here on xbiking know, that’s not a barrier to being fun. Or useful. I give it a thumbs up.
Nice paint job. Put some thinking into the brand name. Rather deluxe 3D head badge. They wrote Shimano on it, and it indeed has Shimano. They wrote hazard on it, and indeed it’s a, well, you get the picture 🙂
