I’d gather roughly 20 years. Yes 250 euros seems like a pretty good deal granted that carbon seat post isn’t stuck in the frame. The frame is aluminum so the up side is you aren’t dealing with 20-year old mystery carbon

105 with side entry shifters puts in the 2000s. The general style makes me think on the later side around ’08. 250€ is a good deal on it.

I’m a big fan of look bikes and fortune to own one.
Not familiar with the Look 374 though but as others have said provided the frame is okay it could be a good purchase.
The seat post looks like the typical cheap carbon fibre ones from AliExpress but with a strip down and rebuild with maybe a modernised groupset like a r7000
it could be a nice ride and be brought back to life abit.
All I will say is that I have found older bikes have different geometry and it can take getting used to compared to modern bikes.
