i bought a new bike two weeks ago with a 2023 fox float x performance, and after a week it started to develop this knocking noise when it goes about 90% into its travel. appart from the noise it seems to work perfectly though which is the strange thing. so that i could pump it properly, i deflated it to 100psi, but i normally run it at 160 and it still makes the noise. what do you think the issue could be?

Have you tried Foreplay?
it sounds like you are bottoming out the shock because the pressure is so low.
No, but you are breaking it while doing this so staph it please XD. Adding pressure for your weight should do it
If it wasn’t broken before it might be now.
Beat it with a hammer until it stops making that noise. Also get your bike nice and muddy and take it into your home.
You know your shock doesn’t have infinite travel right? I mean bottom outs exist
