This is the scene on a less wintry day, because officially, the Spring has begun in Sweden. Spring is a vivid season to feel in Gothenburg.

Human beings being food beings, there are many ways, discovered and undiscovered, to cherish and nourish, to relish and replenish, the body by doing ordinary things with simple things like drinking tea, chai.

Looking for a chai in the late afternoon, hesitantly we entered Tandoori Kitchen. Located in the heart of the city, Tandoori Kitchen has been in business for quite some time. It has survived the coronavirus pandemic and has re-invented in tune to the needs of the foodies and residents. Now it has expanded to having other branches in this vicinity.

The manager of the restaurant agreed to give us masala tea, which is overlooked in the menu. He obliged to serve the masala chai, authentic masala chai because THE MAN WHO CYCLED FROM INDIA TO SWEDEN, PK Mahanandia is here.
