  1. Return or refund. They offer you a compensation (my guess would be between 50-150€). They aren’t offering you a replacement bike, you’d have to order a new one and return this one.

  2. I would expect a partial refund. I would keep the bike and get a touch-up pen. These type of scratches happen anyway over time, Canyon took that from you. If you don’t like that, send it back and order again.
