“Love the design” “big fan”… answered your question. What is this mythical “something else” apart from food and rent?
These are somewhat rare I’d imagine in Oz particularly if it’s your size. Paint looks sublime. See what you can get them down to as I’d imagine they’d have a pretty small audience. You’ll forget about the $$$ in a few weeks.
