  1. judging by the fact that you are asking, you are not a 20- something 130lbs athlete that can produce 400 Watts all day. You should not get this bike. It is highly unlikely to fit you even in the unlikely case that you don’t need to replace the handlebars. As you have probably noticed, the handlebars are proprietary and they are painfully expensive and take a lot of labor to replace. This is a race bike for athletes and inappropriate for anyone doing less than 20 hours of riding a week, at least.

    So is it a good deal? Depending on the type of service the LBS will provie for you, it might be an awesome deal. But it won’t be if you can only ride it for 30 miles before you lose feeling in your hands, or you get a stiff neck, or your back is absolutely killing you.
