Either looks fine from the front to me. The Kask does stick up a little more. Things like weight, cost, passive ventilation (because I’m slow) are what would be driving the decision making from here.

The design on the first one looks like it’s backwards to me. Second one looks way better

I’ve never worn a Kask, but they always look backwards to me for whatever reason.
I currently use an Aires and it’s the best helmet I’ve ever owned.
