  1. I feel like the teams need to look at what surfers/wild swimmers wear to warm up as fast as possible after cold stages- they're sports with higher chances of hypothermia so the gear there is set up for cold and wet people who've just finished a work out.
    Like getting a dry robe on post stage would be easier than trying to get your hands through the sleeves of the cycling jackets (and dryrobes are designed to deal with some level of water)
    And maybe on days where everyone is soaked getting warm and dry should be a higher priority than cooling down? Like getting ill has to be worse for you than missing a cool down
