Get different struts so you can mount the basket to the canti brake studs rather than the bottom of the fork and that way you won’t be locking out the spring action on the fork. Least expensive upgrade that will provide the biggest return in ride quality.

Is bashing Billybonkers a thing on this sub? I have them and recommended them a while back and was down voted and couldn’t understand why. Smooth, fast and lighter than many pricier race tires.
