Picked this up a few weeks ago on marketplace. Since then, I had to swap the front wheel that was out of true and put on a rack/pannier for commute, but I'm really enjoying the ride!

I thought the handrails were some sort of front rack, tried to figure what’s going on.
Nice! a 1997 Tuscany. Very cool. I’d like one of those to add to my Classic and Vortex.
