I’ve got this bike and every time I close the back caliper break it closes but then for a bit the level to pull the break is loose and the back breaks rub against the wheel , I’ve tried looking online but I just can’t find any videos that help me, if you know a video that can help me please send me a link or something.

Likely a severe kink in the cable getting stuck inside the housing. Investigate at anywhere the cable exits the housing, like at intermediate bosses or near the seat tube where it exits. If so, new cable, couple of bucks to DIY if you have Allen keys and a side cutter, more bucks to have it done in a shop, but very quick task.
Follow the cable from one end to the other. It is either bent, broken, or not attached somewhere. To see it at the handlebars you’ll need to pull back the hood cover. Roll it back like you are taking off gloves inside out.
