Hi everyone
Recently, my indoor bike has been making this/these noises whenever I pedal. Its mostly when I pedal cadences lower than 80 RPM, however the noise goes away completely whenever i stand up in the saddle.
I have a bike shop as my neighbor, so my plan is to just take it to them, but I was wondering if you guys could tell me something – so I in turn could be more specific about my issue with the LBS.
(Bonus question: Could I ride the bike today and tomorrow without worrying about it exploding?)
Thanks:)

Looks like the Bottom Bracket bearings are done. It’s a simple replacement for not much money. Shouldn’t catastrophically fail in the next 2 rides tho.
Unrelated but please show your bike some love and clean it.
If that is your indoor bike I am worried about the cleanliness of your outdoor bike.
Seriously, before you bring it to your lbs, give it a quick wipedown. Nobody likes working on dirty and neglected machines.
If your chainset makes the same noise, when you move the other crank arm laterally, you can rule out a loose crank bolt and we are in real bb territory.
And the other way around, if you cannot replicate the sound with the left crank arm, you simply need to tighten your right crank bolt.
If it is your bottom bracket, then there are some likely causes. Most likely the bottom bracket worked a little loose and needs retightening.
If you are unlucky, you have a crack in the frame around that area.
Anyways If you do not need to ride your bike I would recommend to refrain from it. You could start to damage the threads on the bb shell or bb cups.
