Steel is real. I have three carbon bikes in my stable however my preferred ride is a 1992 Banesto Pinarello steel. Best ride I own.

I have a 660S from the same year. Really fun bike. Rear spacing is 126mm, so you can squeeze in a 130mm hub no problem if you want to set it up with modern components.
