Weclome to the Sperrin mountains in Northern Ireland.
This looped route crosses two of the highest mountain passes in this quiet, hilly region of Ireland.
You will see very little traffic on this route. Just wide open hill country including the mountains of Dart and Sawel as well as the scenic Glenelly Valley. A beautiful cycling route, particularly when you get onto the open hillside.

The link below will allow you to download the gpx file of the route to load into your trainer controlling software or device. This will allow you to simulate the climbs and gradients shown on screen. The easiest way to do this is to load the GPX file into your head unit (Germin etc) and allow it to control your trainer. Please start the route as you start the video for good synchronisation. Please send me feedback if you find the video useful.
