All the caps have been removed. Everything I have read says brute force pull, but it isn’t budging. I’m hesitant to pull any harder.
Not sure what type of hub it is but it’s for a SRAM 11 sp Force 1 group on DT Swiss R460 db wheelset.

Are you actually pulling hard or just giving it a little nudge because you’re afraid of breaking it?
Its dt-swiss. Just pull! If its really stuck, wedge a flathead in between.
Pull it off
That is definitely not a DT Swiss hub. So disassembling may not be a simple pull apart. DT Swiss hubs do not use threaded axles, which yours clearly does.
Take the non-drive side apart and show us what you see.
My guess would be a Shimano-style construction, where the freehub is removed by inserting a large hex key in from the non-drive side, but that’s just a guess.
