They said it includes front wheel (good condition) just not pictured. Wife tried to get into it but didnt so has been hanging since then lol.

$500 is a bit expensive for a 12+ year old bike like that. That bike has the BB30 bottom bracket with a reputation for creaking. The groupset is the old 10-speed 5700-generation 105 known for finicky shifting, which is why Shimano quickly phased it out after 3 years and introduced 11-speed 5800-generation 105 in 2013 with a longer shift cable pull for improved shifting.
$400 would be at the top end of the fair price range for a bike like that if it’s in pristine condition.
