Looking at these two Grail CF SLX builds, and just not sure which to get:

Grail CF SLX 8 Di2 @ $6,500 CAD

Grail CF SLX 8 AXS @$5,600 CAD
Both on sale, but SRAM build is $900 less. Both great builds, but the difference between 1x and 2x is great. I see myself using this as a great all arounder, but also means more road riding too. I have an Endurace with Ultegra Mechanical too, but if this replaces it, may get rid of it.

I think the Axs force version is hard to beat for the value you’ll get. You could consider once the cassette is worn out to go for 13 speed which should be more affordable by then with the money you saved. You can compare here the different gearing options here https://gear-calculator.com
