Cockpit has changed. The reach was a little too long for me on longer rides, so the 80mm Tallux and Nitto dirt drops were changed to a 50mm Tallux with 46mm Deda Piegas.
The old Shimano 105 levers were killing my hands on descents, so changed to some Tektros with a more modern hood shape.
The peeling Sugino plastic coated steel cranks were changed to some beat up Shimano XTs.
And a Brooks C15.
The only OG parts left are the frame, fork, bottom bracket, and headset. The tires are just random tires from parts bikes I had. Want to run them down before grabbing new ones. But all in all, this is about it.

Love the dirt on the tires. Don’t see that enough.

I [posted this](https://www.reddit.com/r/xbiking/comments/1i4ex18/then_i_hopped_on_my_schwinn/) a month or so ago in its first iteration. Been tweaking it since. Long story short, this was a $25 bike that some guy found in his apartment complex’s dumpster and sold to me.
