  1. I don't worry as much since I use home tent sauna. Maybe doesn't get as hot. There is one thing though CGM. Those CGMs might fail prematurely. They do not tolerate any heat.

  2. As a fin who saunas every week it is okay to bring in your water bottle but I wouldn’t recommend bringing in the plastic ones. definitely take off your jewelry because It will burn you. don’t bring your phone in because it takes away from The Whole experience and it will also ruin the phone

  3. what cerialbox doctor this is?? im average finn i lived up in sauna with whatever jeverly interested me at the time and with my soda or beer with me in sauna glass or metal can/bottle… and btw sauna is sauna only when its 80c or hotter..

  4. I'm finnish and I use sauna a lot and I always leave my piercings on during sauna and it doesn't do any harm, no they do not get hot the way you would feel anything, at least I never felt anything. And I always have water with me, if not in sauna, outside of it to keep it cold. I always put something like harry potter ambient music, go naked in sauna and stretch a lot, and take cold shower about every 10 minutes so my body temperature keeps changing from hot to cold, and it does great for your body. It's quite an exercise so don't eat before sauna tho 0:

  5. Fin here also, as for the necklases and earings the problem is if they have big "volume" and is away from the skin it will store energy/ heat (earing/ necklace) in it and will almost burn if u will touch it after (metal).

As for elecronics and watches they might condens water inside and break them self or just dont handel heat.

Also glasses will just steam so much that they are practically useless to look anything whit also might damage the glasses because the heat.

For the water bottle can be taken but i think having water to drink can ingreace the time u can spend inside and possible do damage by being too long inside (example ingreasing core temp too much or something else)

Ofc that sauna seems to be infra-red sauna and i havent tested /reseached thing about that (cause why use 1 if u have electronic/ wood heating one).
