New tyres installed 3 weeks ago, tubeless. Midweek I got home after a short commute and sealant was fizzling out of this, tyre flat next day. Pumped up that day and the tyre has held air through a 2+ hour ride today, but on inspection after getting home some more sealant was fizzling out. I’m a little concerned about the location of the puncture, with the tyre being so new I’m hesitant to replace straight away.

Any help/advice is appreciated thanks 🙂

  1. You can probably patch it from the inside with a tubeless repair patch. Not the tube patch, they’re special patches for the tire itself. Lezyne has some among other brands.

Although the hole seems like a tire defect, not a puncture, so maybe you’re better off getting a new tire (and quietly weep) or even try getting a warranty from the shop

Where is the side wall? Is it just a dark picture. You could try a bacon strip plug in a hole like that
