During a tour through sweden, while fixing a hole the inlet nut which holes the derailleur hanger. Ripped out and comprised the whole frame. Customer service was not happy about me asking for replacement and offered me a new frame in a different color for 1000€. I told them to fuck themselves and after fighting for 8 months I got the purchase price back.
I'm so done with this brand.
